ADI DESIGN MUSEUM

ADI DesignMuseum – Compasso D’Oro, a dynamic museum designed to tell the story of Italian design in its industrial, economic, cultural and social aspects, has opened in Milan. The museum houses the Compasso d’Oro historical collection – consisting of selected objects from 1954 to the present day – and in-depth exhibitions in dialogue with the collection.

The works on display include the FLAP panel designed by Alberto and Francesco Meda, winner of the XXIV Compasso d’Oro ADI 2016 Award and the BIG bookcase designed by Marc Sadler, winner of the XXI Compasso d’Oro ADI 2008 Award.

The Museum’s Junior Design Lab also houses the GIOTTO ceiling panels designed by Sezgin Aksu.
