A select group of university students from the Brera Academy’s School of Artistic Design for Business accompanied by Professor Laura Tettamanzi visited the Open Lab on Wednesday 31 May 2023.

For the occasion, an industrial design lesson on the SNOWSOUND case study was held, and an introduction to the basics of acoustics in the Open Lab room.

Students were also offered the opportunity to visit the Open Lab laboratories and personally experience the acoustics of the Rev Lab reverberation chamber and the Supernova Lab semi-anechoic chamber, as well as to visit the Micromax Lab to see images through microscopes of different sound-absorbing materials, and the Habitat Lab to see how sound is reflected in confined environments.
